Those in Customer Service are often unaware of the value of each customer interaction, and are routinely in need of a reminder of how important their role is in the health and well-being of the entire company. In Customer Refreshment: As Basic As H20, your team will learn the vivid metaphor of “refreshing service,” and will be able to distinguish between minimal, “get-me-by” service and the kind of service that is truly refreshing to others.
